What happens to my drafts? Are they grounded?
A draft is written from your positioning, your brand kit and the material you attach. It does not add a fact, figure, name or link that is not in that material. Every draft then gets a second pass against a rubric and a score before you see it. Nothing is published until you publish it.
What if HubSpot changes something?
Your contacts, lists and sending stay in HubSpot, and HubSpot does the sending. If HubSpot changes its API or a portal disconnects, sends that go through it stop until it is fixed or reconnected (Connections, Reconnect; nothing is lost). Your hubs and articles are served by mxAURA on your site and do not depend on HubSpot. You can export your content at any time. Our terms say the same thing plainly.
What does the AI budget cost?
AI work is metered against a monthly AI budget on your account. Every AI action, such as a draft, a review or a social post, is logged with its estimated cost, and Account, Billing shows what has been used. When the month's budget is spent, AI Assist stops. It does not run up an overage.
What does early access cost and commit me to?
