Changelog
What shipped, newest first. mxAURA is in early access and ships most weekdays.
Two-factor for your whole team
An account owner can require two-factor sign-in for everyone in the account, and new accounts start with it on. How we protect accounts and data is published on the Security page, with the date of our last backup restore test.
Reputation on Home
Home shows your sending reputation for the last 30 days: bounces, spam reports and unsubscribes per send as HubSpot counted them, your DMARC pass rate, and Gmail's rating for domains you have verified. No setup needed for the HubSpot numbers.
Agencies work in the client's account
An agency can open a client's account and build its Baseline, positioning, evidence and Radar there, kept as the client's own. Radar, Learning shows what works across an agency's clients and each client against dated industry figures.
Market brief and competitors
Baseline, Market writes a brief of recent shifts in your market, every point citing a source, and tracks up to ten topics. Find competitors suggests companies like yours from your website; nothing is added until you pick it.
Documents as evidence
Add a PDF, Word or PowerPoint file from the Library to Evidence. It is read once into claims, each with the exact words it rests on.
Radar
Ask questions about your campaigns, sends and HubSpot in plain words and get answers with the numbers behind them. Findings runs a set of checks when you ask and opens the page to act on. Home now reads the week, card by card.
Clean article addresses
Articles in a hub now live at plain addresses on your own site, like yoursite.com/insights/article-name, by default. Existing hubs moved over too.
Quotes that must exist
A reference link can be marked as a quote source. AI Assist only quotes text it actually found on that page, puts it in quotation marks and links it.
Scheduled sending on HubSpot Starter
Flows send on the schedule you set in mxAURA, even on Starter portals with no workflows. Each flow is tied to a HubSpot form. Schedules go down to the minute, with limits, re-enrollment choices and a Performance tab that shows errors.
Sender addresses from HubSpot
A sender's Send as list shows your HubSpot users and the addresses already used on your marketing emails. Typing an address still works.
Targets
Identity has a Targets view: one card per audience you sell to, drafted with AI Assist and saved only when you save.
Article text search engines can read
Every published article also has a plain HTML version with its title, byline, lead answer and body, so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
Featured articles in a hub
Pick the articles to feature and the hub shows them across the full width, as a carousel when there are more than fit.
Imports keep their dates
Articles imported through the API or the MCP server can keep their original created and published dates.
AI Assist keeps your brief
If a draft fails, AI Assist says why and reopens the form with everything you entered. Source documents can be up to 25 MB.
A brand kit per campaign
Each campaign can use its own brand kit, with an override per pool. For agencies, each client's default kit applies when none is chosen.
Ask mxAURA
An assistant inside the app answers from the help and developer docs, and can propose an action for you to confirm.
